Outstanding service! I had been battling with A&E appliance service (Sears) for 2 months to get my freezer repaired either they were late for the appointment or did not show at all. Called Rob's on Tuesday and they came out Wednesday and the part A&E was broken they ordered the part and installed Friday. A very big thank you for the great customer service and fast service.
